Meet our Dedicated Staff
DANIEL HUGHES, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
“When you see someone that was once spiritually dead, and is now alive; when you see people who are hopeless being restored with hope and expectation, with the glory of God resting on them. To see that brings me true joy. It reminds me of what he has done in my own life and the lives of people I love." Daniel Hughes is the founder of 7 Springs Ministries 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

ASSISTANT THRIFT STORE MANAGER
I have worked other jobs, but I always felt like I had more to offer. My heart is to serve people especially those that others have given up on. The amazing thing about serving 7 Springs Ministries is that it is not a job, but a joy to serve with those I call my family.
JOHN CONNER, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
John's life was changed after completing a one year christian discipleship program in 2011. He is the co-founder of Adullam House, a homeless outreach in Anniston. He is trained and certified in Sozo for inner healing. “I believe that by revealing the love and truth of the Father’s heart for us, that true identity and freedom can be expressed in someone’s life.”
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” Isaiah 10:27
“With God in my life, all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26
“I count it a blessing to be able to work at a ministry where I see miracles everyday." Proverbs 14:9 Fools mock at sin, but among the upright there is favor.
TOMMY LETSON, THRIFT STORE MANAGER
“I spent 30 years in prison due to my addiction, but God…. transformed my life through 7 Springs Ministries because of His mercy and grace. Everything that was bad in my life, He is now using for His good. Romans 8:18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.”
MIKE FARRELL, PRISON RE-ENTRY DIRECTOR
Jer 33:3- Call unto me and I will show you great and mighty things, that you know not.
7 Springs Re-Entry: A place designed by God's Grace to lead and teach the ones who were once imprisoned; the process of becoming men, by following the example of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Mike is an example of Jer 33:3. "After years of alcohol and drug addiction, prison, divorce, and abusing myself, I finally cried out to Jesus! He heard me by saying, 'Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come' (2 Corinthians 5:17). Since then, the miracles haven't stopped, and he is still showering me with great and mighty things. What he did for me, he will do for YOU!
